Terms of Service

The terms on which this Ads Manager deployment is offered.

Last updated 10 October 2026

1. What you are agreeing to

These terms govern use of this Ads Manager deployment, operated by Next Day Roofing Solutions LLC ("the operator"). Using the service — signing in to the admin UI, authorizing a client, or issuing a tool call through one — means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Who may use it

This is a private deployment, not a public service. It is for the operator and for the clients the operator has explicitly authorized. Authorizing a client gives that client the ability to act on the connected advertising accounts, so approve one only if you started the connection yourself and intend it to have that access.

3. Your accounts and credentials

You supply the Google and Meta credentials this server uses, and you are confirming that you are entitled to use the accounts they reach. You are responsible for keeping your administrator password and any issued tokens confidential, and for everything done through them.

4. Advertising spend

This service can spend your money. It creates campaigns, changes budgets and bids, and starts and stops ad delivery on live accounts. Every charge those actions produce is billed to the advertising accounts you connected, by the platform, not by this software.

You are solely responsible for all advertising spend incurred through this service, whether the action was taken by you directly, by an AI assistant acting through a client you authorized, or in error.

The safety limits — read-only mode, the maximum budget ceiling, and creating campaigns paused — exist to make an unintended charge less likely. They are a convenience and not a guarantee: they constrain calls made through this server and have no effect on changes made anywhere else, including in the platforms' own interfaces. Set them, and still review what you approve.

5. Actions taken by an AI assistant

The calls this server receives are usually issued by an AI assistant acting on an instruction given in natural language. An assistant can misread an instruction, act on stale data, or take a broader action than was intended. Treat anything that affects spend as something to read before approving it, and use read-only mode or a validate-only run when you are not certain.

6. The platforms' terms still apply

Using an advertising platform through this server is still you using that platform. The Google Ads API Terms of Service, Google Ads policies, the Google Business Profile terms and the Meta Platform Terms and advertising standards all continue to bind you, and complying with them is your responsibility. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in relation to those platforms, and any of them may limit, suspend or close your account independently of this service.

7. Acceptable use

You will not use this service to:

8. Availability

The service is provided without any commitment to availability. It is self-hosted software on ordinary infrastructure, and it may be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn at any time, with or without notice. An advertising platform may also change or withdraw an API this service depends on, which can break functionality with no warning to anyone.

9. No warranty

The underlying software is open source, released under the MIT License, and is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the data it reports is accurate or complete, or that any campaign created through it will perform in any particular way.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the operator nor the authors of the software are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any advertising spend incurred through the service — however caused and on any theory of liability, whether or not the possibility of such damage was known.

11. Suspension and termination

The operator may revoke any client's authorization, or withdraw access to this deployment, at any time and without notice. You may stop using the service at any time; sections 4, 9, 10 and 13 survive.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. Changes take effect when published here, with a new date at the top of the page, and continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
